We need to cancel the Alumni Association’s event on Tuesday evening. President Stenger has been summoned by the Governor to present a status report on the Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council in Albany and then attend a private reception at the Governor’s mansion.
The Alumni Association will reschedule another event at a future date. Unfortunately, it won’t be before our incoming students return to campus. We sincerely apologize on behalf of President Stenger.
“I’m Harvey Stenger, president of Binghamton University. Join me at a special dessert reception. Although Binghamton is an amazing university, I would like to see it grow in exciting new directions over the next few years. I look forward to talking about this with our alumni – more than 2,500 strong in western New York – and with our new students and their parents who are also invited to our special Alumni Association-sponsored event.”

There is no cost to attend. For our planning purposes, please register online by August 15. For more information, contact the Alumni Relations office at 607-777-2424.
