Networking with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will begin at 6 p.m. The panel will begin at 6:30 p.m., consisting of a 45-minute question-and-answer discussion, followed by additional networking time with your fellow alumni and panelists. Guests will include builders, developers, landlords, real estate lawyers, commercial and residential real estate brokers, accountants, analysts and managing agents, among others. Our event is co-sponsored by the Binghamton University Alumni Association and Michael Kandrach of Wells Fargo.

Our esteemed panel will be covering current topics impacting New York City real estate, including the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, the Midtown East rezoning plans, bidding wars in the red-hot residential market and more.
