One of the most critical skills for career success, and also one of the most anxiety inducing for students, is professional networking. In collaboration with many of our on- and off-campus colleagues, the Career Development Center is hosting a week dedicated to Career Exploration. For our pilot program, we will focus on careers in the science and health fields.

We will wrap up Science and Health Career Exploration Week with a professional networking event so students can connect and engage in meaningful ways with professionals in their fields of interests.

As a professional in the field of science or health, we would like to invite you to this networking opportunity to share your experience and advice, engage students in conversation, and encourage them to practice their networking skills in a fun and supportive environment. Your active participation will be much appreciated!

Please join us Friday, Nov. 1, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., at the Undergrounds Coffeehouse, located in Room B32 at the University Union on campus. Dress is business casual. Parking is available at the visitor’s paid lot, across from the Bartle Library Tower.
Included in this program:
* Networking time with Binghamton University students, alumni, faculty and staff
* Instructional handouts to remember important key points
* Light refreshments
* Live music performances

We hope you can join us for this networking program and lend your expertise to students eager to enter these fields. Please register online by Thursday, Oct. 31.
