The Challenges of Funding, Building and Sustaining Your Own Business

Do you own your own business or are you looking to start your own business? Are you interested in learning more about funding and meeting other entrepreneurial Binghamton University alumni? If so, we invite you to attend the Metro New York Chapter’s first entrepreneurship panel discussion and networking event.

This event will feature remarks from David Rose who is the founder of Gust, a platform that connects start-ups and investors. Gust recently launched Digital NYC, a hub for tech and startups in New York City. Additional information on David can be found in Crain’s New York Business. Following David’s remarks, there will be a panel discussion including successful Binghamton alumni entrepreneurs.

* Felina Rakowski-Gallagher ’85, president of The Upper Breast Side

Join us for networking with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m. Remarks from David Rose will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer period with the panel. After the panel discussion, there will be additional time for networking.
