Hello, Metro New York Chapter!
As you may or may not realize, as a Binghamton University graduate living in the Metro New York area, you’re a member of our Alumni Association’s Metro New York Chapter! Since our re-launch in the spring of 2013, we’ve sponsored and co-sponsored more than 10 events attended by over 700 alumni and friends, including several appearances by President Harvey Stenger and Harpur College Dean Anne McCall. We thank all who attended or participated in the planning of our events, many of which sold out. We are now gearing up for another year of meaningful programming and social events and need your help.
Please come to our first annual Metro New York Chapter Committee meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. where we will discuss:
* Highlights of the previous year
* Overview of upcoming events
* Available chapter committee positions for the year
* Open Forum to discuss your ideas for new events and initiatives for this upcoming year.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, Sept. 3. Location and other details will be sent after the RSVP date.
