Did you know there are more than 1,500 Binghamton University alumni in the South Florida region? Given the success of past alumni activities in the area, we are looking to formally establish our regional Binghamton alumni network for the benefit of one another.
We am very pleased to invite you to our Alumni Association’s South Florida Chapter launch event on Thursday, June 9, hosted by Dan Kaskel ’87 at Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L.

Join us in the K2 Lounge at the Rubin Museum of Art and connect with members of the Asian and Asian American Alumni Council and fellow alumni. Enjoy cocktails and pan-Asian tapas, music from the featured DJ and a guided tour of the permanent collection.
Admission to this event is free. There will be a cash bar with happy hour drink prices from 6 – 7 p.m. Enjoy the free exhibition tours at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

With the support of the new LGBTQ Center, the Alumni Association is excited to launch a new LGBTQ Alumni Network this summer. We hope the new network will inspire LGBTQ alumni and allies to come together to build community as well as connect to current students.
Our first event will be on Wednesday, June 15th at Hudson Common where we will be joined by Dr. Kelly Clark, founding director of the LGBTQ Center. Please join us to network with other alumni, learn about LGBTQ life on campus today, and what is in store for the future.
This is a complimentary event where light food and your first drink will be provided. A cash bar will be available for additional drinks. We ask that you please register online by Friday, June 10.

Whether your interest is in assisting prospective students on their college journey or providing professional guidance to current students with their career aspirations, we’ll share with you the many ways to get involved. Students are always interested in internships and jobs in the D.C. area and we are looking to post more of these openings with your help.

Join us for the first-ever Binghamton Alumni cruise offered in the Metro NY area and the third annual event to celebrate the start of summer where welcome we our newest alumni, the Class of 2016, to the Alumni Association.
The route will showcase views of iconic landmarks including the Brooklyn Bridge, Freedom Tower, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building and many others.
The cost of this event will be:
$50/person for alumni
$25/person for Class of 2016 graduates
$75/person for guests
The registration fee includes a three-hour cruise, full dinner buffet, and open bar during the entire cruise featuring beer, wine, mixed drinks, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. We are able to offer this highly discounted rate due to the generous support of the Binghamton University Alumni Association.
