Binghamton in the City: A Week of Connections
Binghamton University has nearly 50,000 alumni in the Metro New York region, and nearly half of the University’s current students come from the city and its suburbs. We have a huge network in the New York area, and will be increasing our efforts to help students and alumni build connections with each other.
We are working on a schedule of events that will include Metro Connections Night, receptions for alumni and parents, panel discussions, and more. The schedule will be added to this calendar once it is finalized. Graduate School of Education’s New York City Networking Event. Join us for an evening of Hors-d’oeuvre and refreshments as we celebrate careers center around education and the educational field. All Binghamton University Graduates are welcomed.

EOP will launch its first ever major fundraising campaign entitled, “Binghamton University EOP Binghamton and Beyond.” At this event alumni will have an opportunity to meet the new EOP Director, Dr. Calvin J. Gantt, as well as receive vital information regarding the current state of EOP. Alumni will also receive information pertaining to purpose of the fundraising initiative, receive information pertaining to the establishment of an EOP alumni mentoring program, and have an opportunity to interact with current EOP students.

We invite you to join us for this exciting opportunity to connect with Gloria Meredith, Binghamton University’s founding Dean of the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with fellow Raleigh-area alumni.
Dean Meredith will provide a brief progress report on the school’s new building in Johnson City, assembling her leadership team, and plans for the first entering class in 2017 (pending precandidate status from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education). You will also learn more about the University’s exciting plans for a healthcare campus near Wilson Hospital. Afterward, there will be plenty of time to connect with other alumni, chapter leaders, and to speak with Dean Meredith personally.
