Binghamtonics 25th Anniversary Weekend!
The Binghamtonics experience was such an important part of your life at Binghamton University. We invite you to come back to Binghamton for a weekend that will bring back old memories while making new ones. Get together with friends and see how current members of the Binghamtonics are carrying on our wonderful traditions.
Friday, April 19
10 p.m.: Alumni Meet-up at Dillingers (informal gathering before official activities begin)
Saturday, April 20
12:30 p.m.: Alumni Mingle in the Anderson Center
1:30 p.m.: Doors open for show
2 – 5 p.m.: Binghamtonics perform in Anderson Center Chamber Hall
7 – 10 p.m.: Dinner at the Mad Moose (53 Chenango St., downtown Binghamton), includes BBQ dinner buffet and cash bar with drink specials.
The party continues afterward in downtown Binghamton!
Sunday, April 21
Time and location TBD: Farewell breakfast
$25/person includes a ticket to the Saturday show and alumni dinner. Please register online by Friday, April 12. We’re sorry; no refunds can be issued after the registration deadline.
Hotel Deal: A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at the Holiday Inn on Hawley Street in downtown Binghamton at a rate of $94/night. Please call the hotel directly at 607-722-1212 to make a reservation and ask for the special rate under the rooms blocked for “The Binghamtonics.”

Did you know we have more than 500 Binghamton University alumni living in our region? Come see old and new friends as we watch some New York hockey at Wakefield Tavern – the best Spiedie-Serving Tavern in the Triangle!
The New York Islanders and Carolina Hurricanes will face off at 7 p.m., and the Wakefield Tavern Trivia Contest starts at 8. The tavern menu features chicken spiedies and has a wide selection of beverages.
Limited quantities of Gennie Cream Ale will also be available at this event. Appetizers will be sponsored by the Binghamton University Alumni Association – Raleigh Chapter!

The 30th anniversary celebration will be a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends and meet current members of the Binghamton Crosbys. Join fellow alumni at the Hilton San Jose to learn first-hand how your alma mater is doing on the continuing road to discovery. At our event, you’ll find out about:
Binghamton University: President Harvey Stenger will share his vision and Road Map for making Binghamton the premier public university of the 21st century. An engineer by training (Cornell ’79, MIT ’83) and former dean of engineering and applied sciences at the University of Buffalo, President Stenger’s passion for education, research and discovery runs deep.
Research partnerships: Dr. Bahgat Sammakia, vice president of research, will discuss new developments in the fields of smart energy, small scale electronics and health care.
The Watson School: Dean Krishnaswami “Hari” Srihari will share the latest news, our growing alumni network, and what is planned for the 30th anniversary of the Watson School.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online. Our group will be seated in rows 1 and 2 of section 368. Our game tickets are limited to the first 20 people. There will be a pre-game mixer, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Pratt Street Ale House (206 W. Pratt St.). Tickets must be picked up at that location no later than 7:30 p.m.
